Why Use A Harness & What Type To Use
I didn't really give the issue of harnesses much thought in the past. It is only when I researched into it and did some training with www.galenmyotherapy.com/ that I realised their importance and the damage that can be done with neck collars. And it can't be any type of harness either. Have a read of the information below and see what you think yourself. (Courtesy of Freedogz.be). The PDF below is in English but has been translated into many other languages and you can find these on the freedogz.be/ website also.
Children & Dogs
I have included some convenient handouts here in PDF format.

Slowing Things Down
In many parts of the world, we move at a fast pace. We are tied to diaries and deadlines and are constantly trying to fit things in. While this isn't the best thing for our health, it does nothing for our dogs either, who naturally work at a slower pace. The sites below are great for learning why and how, to move at a slower pace with our dogs. Take a look. They have great ideas and resources.
